In this project we will consider a Bayesian approach to modelling disease outbreaks inspired by this Stan case study. We will do this using a Susceptible-Infected-Recovered (SIR) model. The main objective is to estimate epidemiological parameters of interest.

Cox model case study
Survival analysis

Analyzing prostate cancer dataset using a Cox model. The primary goal is to discover patterns in survival, and to do an analysis of covariance to assess the effect of treatment while adjusting for patient heterogeneity. Prediction is a secondary goal.
